Reservations and Booking

Service appointments are recommended to be scheduled two weeks in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment is available.

All bookings will be self-scheduled at www.lumiinternational.ca

You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the appointment time and treatment service you book.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy 

You may reschedule by clicking the Cancel or Reschedule links in your confirmation email or text message.

Any changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance, if no rescheduling or cancellation has been received before 24 hours, it will be considered as a no show and full payment will be taken as our therapists are pre-scheduled for this appointment and they will be paid for their time there. 

No Cash

To support a greener environment, Lumi Health+ is a cash free business. We accept all major cards; Amex, Visa, Mastercard. 

Refunds and Exchanges

If you cancelled online before 24 hours. Refunds usually take 5-7 business days, and can be faster depending on your financial institution. 

Unfortunately, we do not do refunds for services after its done. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us at markham@lumiinternational.ca and we will work with you. 

Gift Cards 

Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stollen, or forgotten.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law. 

Gift cards have a 1 year expiry date. 

Memberships do not have an expiry date. 

Spa Etiquette

Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity by silencing all cellular phones and pagers while in the spa area and keep voices low.

Lumi Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct.

Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate. termination of the service, we reserve the right to define an inappropriate conduct.

In the interest of providing a healthy and safe environment for our guests, the use of any type of tobacco, nicotine,, and marijuana including but not limited to smokeless tobacco, e-cigarettes, and nicotine/chewing tobacco inside and/or on the spa premises is strictly prohibited. 

Other Terms & Conditions

No outside food, drinks and/or alcohols are permitted on the premises.

Food and drinks purchased inside the spa are permitted only in designated dining areas.

If anyone is believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, Lumi reserves the right, and the staff is authorized, to deny entry and or remove that person from the property.

If you are taking medication of any kind, being treated for any illness, or pregnant, consult your physician prior to using our products, and services, we will not be responsible for any misfortunes caused.

Policy and conditions may be updated without any prior consent. 

Personal Belongings

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles, please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

Do not leave your belongings unattended.

Age Of Consent & Spa Use Policy

Guest’s under the age of 15 years, MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21.
